Before you spend anything, open a template and rewrite it. Type over the headlines, drop in photos from your phone, set your brand colour, and look at it on a phone-width screen. It runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded, nothing is sent to me, and your version is still there when you come back.
Every design below falls into one of these, and that is what sets its price. The only hard line is Basic: it has no backend at all.

Four pages and working forms. Enough site for most small businesses, at the price of a good phone.

You should know exactly what you are buying before you pay for it, not after. So here is the whole trade in two columns.
That last line in the right-hand column is the real price of a template, and it is the only one I cannot discount. Everything else on this page is a bargain; that one is a compromise. If it bothers you even slightly, the custom build is one page away, and I would rather sell you that once than sell you this twice.

Nothing here is a surprise, and nothing happens out of order. If a step is taking longer than it should, it is almost always step four.
Six designs across three packages. Tell me which one you want — the price on the card is the price. If you need something the package does not cover, we talk it through by email, Messenger, phone or in person, and I adjust the quote before anything is signed.
The domain goes in your name, not mine, so it stays yours whatever happens between us — you buy it and send me what I need to point it at the site. If the build needs a server rather than plain hosting, same thing. I will tell you exactly what to get and roughly what it costs before you spend anything.
I invoice fifty percent through Számlázz.hu, so you get a proper Hungarian invoice from the start. I begin the day the transfer lands — not before it, and not a week after it.
Logo, photos, and the text for each page, against a checklist I send you. This is the slow part of the whole thing and it is entirely in your hands — the faster it lands, the faster you are live. If the text is not written yet, say so and I will send a fill-in-the-blanks version.
Your words, your images, your colours and typeface. Forms wired to your inbox, opening hours and map set, legal pages filled in. You get a private preview link, and three rounds of changes to get it right.
When you sign it off I invoice the second half. Once that clears you get the whole thing as a zip of raw code, along with the logins and a walkthrough of anything you can edit yourself. No platform, no monthly fee, nothing to keep paying me for.
These work on a template exactly as they do on a custom build — same work, same price. Ask for them with the order and they are in the quote from the start.
A form that lands in your inbox, with spam protection and a proper confirmation message. On Basic this is the one piece of backend the package otherwise leaves out.
Already in Standard & Premium — no need to add it there
A second colour scheme and a switch in the header. The site follows the visitor’s phone setting on the first visit, then remembers what they picked.
One more page beyond what the package includes, laid out to match the rest so it does not read as an afterthought. Priced per page.
The whole site in a second language, with a switch and separate addresses so search engines index both. You supply the translated text.
Accounts with sign-up, sign-in, password reset, and pages only logged-in people can open. The biggest of these, because it is the one with real security to get right.
Already in Premium — no need to add it there
One more round of changes after the three that come with every package. Most people never need it — it is here so nobody feels rushed on the third.
Prices exclude VAT and are per item — two extra pages is twice the extra-page price. If you want something that is not on this list, ask: most things get a fixed number back the same day.
Cheap should mean a smaller job, not a worse one. None of this is an upsell.
No. I design every one of these in Figma and write them by hand, the same way I write a custom build. Nothing is bought from a marketplace and there is no builder plugin underneath. The only difference from my custom work is that the design already existed before you asked for it.
Possibly — that is what makes it cheap, so I will not pretend otherwise. I sell each design at most 3 times, and never twice in the same industry in the same town. If being the only one matters to you, buy the custom build instead.

One day for Basic, two for Standard, five for Premium — counted from the moment your content is with me and the deposit has cleared. The clock does not start when you first email. Getting the text and photos together is usually the longest part, and it is entirely on your side.
Half up front, half on handover, both invoiced through Számlázz.hu. I start when the first transfer lands, and you get the code once the second one does. Three rounds of revisions are included, same as a custom build.

Twice over. Before you order anything, the playground lets you put your own text and photos into a live template yourself, free and without signing up. Then once you order, you get a private preview link with everything in place. Nothing is published until you have looked at it and said go.
No. It runs entirely in your browser and never uploads anything. Your photos stay on your device, and I cannot see what you typed — if you want to show me, send a screenshot. The trade-off is that your version only exists in that one browser: it will not follow you to another device.
Name the design and roughly when you want to be live. I will send the fixed price, the delivery date and the content checklist back — usually the same day.
