This one is a concept build. The site is live and you can open it, but the brand behind it is invented and the photography is stock. I built it to prove the thing works end to end — not for a paying client.

The problem

Nobody books a dentist while feeling relaxed. The two things a nervous patient wants first — what it will cost and how much of the tooth is coming off — are exactly the two a dental site tends to bury behind a contact form, so the visit is booked on hope or not at all.

What I built

Eight pages that answer the awkward questions on the page instead of on the phone. The treatments page is a comparison table with a column for how much of your own tooth is gone forever, and it recommends the least invasive option even where that one earns less. Pricing carries a two-slider instalment calculator that shows the monthly figure, the deposit and the interest — zero — before anything is booked. Each of the three studios lists its own hours with a live open/closed badge, its transit directions and its map. The review index is filterable by studio and by treatment, and the four-star entries are left in.

What it was worth

A patient can reach a monthly figure and a treatment decision without speaking to anyone — which is the point, because the ones who need that most are the ones least likely to ring. Publishing the four-star reviews and the least-profitable recommendation costs the practice nothing it was going to keep anyway.
